  1. ASSIGNED DUTIES

DESCRIPTION OF WORK DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: (Type in or attach current description of duties.  Employees are expected to perform their work in a competent and efficient manner.  Include % of time).

 

 

Duties Include:

  • Oversee the clinical staff of the Dougherty County Outpatient clinic, Accountability Court, ACT, Jail in Reach, Peer/PSR, RISE, and Strive programs. 
  • Provide clinical and direct supervision to staff, facilitate training and staff meetings, etc.
  • Ensure DBHDD and agency standards are being met
  • Assist with securing staff in line with staffing criteria
  • Be a direct POC for mid managers. 
  • Collaborate with community stakeholders' clients and families
  • Provide Outpatient services, including assessments, individual, family and group therapy and skills training
  • Maintain a productivity requirement of 20%
  • Provide quality collaborative documentation
  • Maintain all required training courses and certifications
  • Attend staffings
  • Participate as a team player
  • Attend stakeholders' meetings
  • Collaborate with other agencies for the benefit of the client
  • Attend any required state meetings
  • Submit all required reports to Aspire/DBHDD on time
  • Other duties as assigned
