  DESCRIPTION OF WORK DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: ( Type in or attach current
   
   
                 
  Duties Include:
  oversight of caseload of up to 30 youth ages 2-21 who have a diagnosis of Autism Spectrum D/O.  Staff collaborates with other designated staff, leads weekly team meetings, provides assessments, ongoing  Services, assists with weekly goal setting & re-evaluating, compiles resources needed for youth in care. Staff is required to meet minimal contacts per month with each client, provide collaborative documentation, attend collaborative meetings and trainings with DBHDD. other staff, and other youth serving stakeholders for continuity of care.
